Our contact email address will be listed here soon.
We use plain email instead of a contact form. A form would need a server to collect your message; email keeps things simple and means we only receive what you choose to send.
Reporting a problem
To help us fix it quickly, please tell us:
- which tool you used (the page address),
- your device and browser, for example "iPhone 13, Safari" or "Windows 11, Chrome",
- the type and rough size of the file, for example "a 12 MB HEIC photo",
- what you expected and what happened instead, and any message you saw.
Please do not send us the file itself unless you are happy to share it. We do not need private documents to find most problems.
Ideas for new tools
Tell us which file you want to convert, from which format to which, and what you use it for. Every tool we add must work fully on your device, so some ideas may take time.
