How it works
Add your PDF
Open the document whose pages need turning.
Choose pages and angle
Select all pages or enter page numbers, then choose a clockwise rotation.
Save the rotated PDF
Review the page orientation and download a separate rotated copy.
Fix scanned pages that came out sideways
Scanners and phone apps often save some pages sideways or upside down. Choose how far to turn them, and which pages: leave Pages empty to rotate every page, or type numbers like 2, 5-7.
Rotation is saved in the PDF itself, so the pages show the right way in every PDF reader. Text and images are not re-saved, so there is no quality loss.

Your PDF is changed inside your browser with the open-source pdf-lib library. It is never uploaded.
Questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. The tool runs inside your browser, so your documents are opened and processed on your own device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.
Can I rotate only some pages?
Yes. Type the page numbers, like 1, 3-4. Leave the field empty to rotate all pages.
Does rotating lower the quality?
No. Only the page direction changes; text and images are not touched.
Is it free?
Yes. Free to use, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limits.
