How it works
Add your PDF
Open the PDF with wide or large pages.
Choose how to cut
Left and right halves, top and bottom halves, or four quarters.
Download
Each part becomes its own page.
Book scans and large sheets
When you scan an open book, each PDF page holds two book pages. Divide them into left and right halves to get one book page per PDF page.
The tool does not re-draw the page; it sets which part is visible. Text stays sharp and can still be searched and copied.
Private
Your file is processed inside your browser with the open-source pdf-lib library. It is never uploaded, and nothing is saved after you close the page.
Questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. The tool runs inside your browser, so your files are opened and changed on your own device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.
Is the hidden part deleted?
No. Each new page shows only its part, but the content outside it is still in the file. Use Redact PDF if you need to remove content for privacy.
Is it free?
Yes. Free to use, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limits.
