    How it works

    1. Write or open Markdown

Type Markdown, paste it, or open a .md file such as a README or notes.

    2. Check the live PDF

The preview shows the real PDF pages as you type: headings, lists, tables, code and links.

    3. Download the PDF

Tap Download. The PDF is made on your device and nothing is uploaded.

    What is supported

Headings, paragraphs, bold, italic, strikethrough, inline code and code blocks, bullet and numbered lists (also nested), task lists, quotes, tables, horizontal lines and links. Links stay clickable in the PDF.

Images are shown as their description text, because they would have to be downloaded from the internet, and this tool never connects anywhere.

    Letters and languages

Latin text uses standard PDF fonts. Sinhala, Tamil, Hindi, Chinese and emoji use embedded Noto fonts, fetched from this site only when required. Check your document in the preview before saving.

    Questions

    Is my text uploaded?

No. The PDF is made inside your browser. Your notes never leave your device.

Can I use HTML inside the Markdown?

HTML tags are shown as plain text. They are never run, so a file cannot do anything harmful.

Is the text in the PDF searchable?

Yes. The PDF contains real text, so you can search, select and copy it.

Does it support Sinhala, Tamil and emoji?

Yes. The converter embeds Noto fonts for Sinhala, Tamil, Hindi, Chinese and emoji. Fonts are served by this site; your Markdown is never uploaded.
