    How it works

    1. Add your images

Choose PNG images to png to webp on your device.

    2. Check the conversion options

Adjust quality and inspect the result preview.

    3. Convert and download

Save your WebP results individually or download the converted images together as a ZIP.

    Smaller images that keep transparency

PNG files can be very large, especially screenshots and photos saved as PNG. WebP keeps transparency like PNG but is usually much smaller, which makes it ideal for websites and apps.

For logos and graphics with flat colours, use a high quality (90% or more) so edges stay sharp.

    How to use it

Add your PNG files, choose the quality and press Convert. Your browser does the work on your device, so nothing is uploaded. Safari cannot save WebP files, so please use Chrome, Edge or Firefox.

    Questions

    Are my files uploaded?

No. The tool runs inside your browser, so your images are opened and processed on your own device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.

    Is transparency kept?

Yes. WebP supports transparency, so see-through areas stay see-through.

    Which quality should I choose?

85% works well for photos. Use 90–100% for logos, text and sharp graphics.

    Does it work in Safari?

Safari cannot create WebP files. Please use Chrome, Edge or Firefox.

    Is it free?

Yes. Free to use, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limits.
