How it works
Add your PDF
The document to sign.
Make your signature
Draw it, type your name, or upload a photo of it.
Place it and save
Drag it into place, then download the signed PDF.
Three ways to sign
Draw with your mouse, finger or pen; type your name; or upload a photo of your signature on white paper (the white is removed).
Drag the signature into place and resize it with its corners. Choose the page in the editor, or put it on every page.
Picture signature or digital signature?
This adds a picture of your signature, which is enough for many everyday forms. For a signature that proves who signed and that the file was not changed, use Digital signature with a certificate.
Private
Your file is processed inside your browser with pdf-lib. Your signature picture stays in your browser's memory and is never saved. It is never uploaded, and nothing is saved after you close the page.
Questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. The tool runs inside your browser, so your files are opened and changed on your own device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.
Is my signature stored?
No. It exists only while the page is open, and it is never uploaded.
Is this legally binding?
In many countries a simple electronic signature is accepted for everyday agreements, but rules differ. For important contracts, check what is required.
Is it free?
Yes. Free to use, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limits.
