Fill in PDF forms without printing
Many official forms, applications and contracts come as fillable PDFs. Add the PDF and every text field, tick box, choice list and option appears in an easy form, page by page. The live preview shows the answers on the real pages before you save.
Turn on "Lock the answers" when the form is finished and you send it on. The answers then become part of the page and cannot be changed by mistake.
When a PDF has no fields
A scanned form, or a PDF made from a photo, is only a picture of a form, so it has no fields to fill. In that case the tool tells you that no fields were found.
Some forms made with Adobe LiveCycle (XFA forms) show their fields only in Adobe Reader. They may not work here.
Letters and languages
Answers can use Latin letters, Sinhala, Tamil, Hindi, Chinese and emoji. Noto fonts are embedded when needed, so these answers can also be locked into the PDF. Review long answers before saving.
Questions
Are my answers uploaded?
No. The form is filled inside your browser. Your answers and your PDF never leave your device.
Can I sign the form here?
Signature fields cannot be filled here. You can type your name in a normal text field, or sign the saved PDF in your PDF reader.
Can I change the answers later?
Yes, unless you turn on "Lock the answers". Add the filled PDF again and change what you need.
Why does my PDF have no fields?
It is probably a scan or a PDF that was made without form fields. Only PDFs with real form fields can be filled here.
