Replacing every occurrence
Type the exact phrase to find — it can be a word, a name or several words — and the text that should take its place. Leave Replace with empty to delete every occurrence. Matching is literal, so dots, brackets and dollar signs are treated as plain characters, never as patterns.
Case-insensitive matching is the default, so colour finds Colour and COLOUR. Turn on Case sensitive to match capitals exactly, and Whole words only when cat must not match catalogue or duplicate.
Bulk edits and cleanup
Use it to Americanize spelling across a document, rename a product everywhere, or strip placeholder words such as TODO and lorem ipsum. Whole-word mode with case sensitivity is the safest combination for renaming short codes that also appear inside longer words.
The summary reports how many replacements were made so you can confirm the edit. For very long documents, replace in one pass and use undo in your editor after pasting if a replacement needs revisiting.
Private by design
Finding and replacing runs entirely in your browser with no server, queue or account. Contracts, drafts and personal notes never leave your device and disappear when you close the tab.
There is no upload, no history and no watermark: open the tool, run your replacement, copy or download the result and you are done. Only the app itself may be cached for offline use, never your text.

Yes. Enter the word in Find and leave Replace with empty. Every occurrence is removed at once.
Why does cat also match catalogue?
Turn on Whole words only so short words match only when surrounded by spaces or punctuation, not inside longer words.
