    How it works

    1. Add your images

Choose JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, AVIF or HEIC images to shift on your device.

    2. Check the conversion options

Adjust the shift distances, wrap and fill colour, then inspect the result preview.

    3. Convert and download

Save your IMG results individually or download the converted images together as a ZIP.

Offset pixels for texture and effect

Shifting moves every pixel of a picture by the distances you type: positive right values slide the scene east, negative values slide it west, and the down value moves it south or north. Texture artists use offsets of exactly half the width to expose seams in tiling patterns, then paint over the visible cross before shifting back. Glitch artists shift colour-feel bands by a few dozen pixels with wrapping on for that torn-signal aesthetic.

With wrapping enabled, pixels that slide off one edge reappear on the opposite side, so the image stays complete and seamless patterns keep tiling perfectly. Turn wrapping off and the vacated strips are instead painted in your fill colour, which is ideal for creating borders of solid colour or for sliding a subject across a clean studio backdrop.

    Big moves and batch offsets

Distances are measured in pixels and wrap around automatically, so shifting by more than the image width simply lands where the remainder falls. The same distances apply to every file in the batch, which makes it easy to offset a whole sprite set or a sequence of frames by an identical amount without retyping numbers.

Pictures larger than 4096 pixels on the longest side are scaled down first, and the result row says when that happens. Because shifting only rearranges existing pixels, sharpness and colours are preserved exactly, with no blurring or recompression beyond the final save.

Offset work stays on your machine

Your files are read and rearranged by scripts running locally in your browser tab, never by a distant render farm. Since nothing is uploaded, even unreleased game art or embargoed press photos can be offset safely without leaking through a third-party service or cache.

Local processing also means instant feedback with no upload queue, no account wall and no watermark stamped over your work. Output files are freshly written images that omit hidden location metadata from the originals.

    Questions

    Are shifted images uploaded anywhere?

No. Shifting runs inside your browser, so your images never leave your own device.

What is the difference between wrap on and off?

Wrap moves pixels leaving one edge back in on the opposite side. With wrap off, the emptied strips are filled with your chosen fill colour.

Can I shift by more than the image size?

Yes. Distances wrap around, so shifting by the full width returns the original, and larger values land on their remainder.

    Is it free?

Yes. Free to use, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limits.
