Settings
No settings needed. Red and blue are swapped so RGB becomes BGR for OpenCV tools.
Nothing is uploadedHow it works
Add your images
Choose JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, AVIF or HEIC images in normal RGB order.
Swap to BGR
Each image is remapped with red and blue exchanged and green kept, matching OpenCV byte order.
Download BGR PNGs
Save each BGR PNG on its own or download them together as a ZIP.
Why RGB becomes BGR
Many OpenCV tutorials and models read bytes as blue, green, red instead of red, green, blue. Feeding a normal image without swapping makes reds look blue and blues look red to the model.
This tool swaps the outer channels once, so what was red intensity becomes blue intensity and back. Greens, greys, white and black stay exactly where they were.
One-click OpenCV fix
Add images and convert with no settings to pick: every file gets the same fixed swap from RGB to BGR. File names gain a BGR tag so converted sets stay easy to sort.
Swaps run offline in the page, with zero data sent outward. Your source photos are only read to paint the new PNGs you download.
Check and use the result
Verify by eye: blue skies should look orange-brown after the swap and skin should look bluish. If colours look normal again in your viewer, the swap worked as planned for code.
To go back use BGR to RGB, which applies the same swap in reverse. For all six orders see Reorder channels with its preset list.
Questions
Are my images uploaded?
No. The swap happens inside your browser. Your images never leave your device.
Why do my colours look wrong in OpenCV?
OpenCV expects BGR by default. Without a swap, imread-style code shows red as blue. Convert first with this tool.
Does green change?
No. Green stays in the middle channel, so only red and blue trade places. Greys stay identical.
Is it free?
Yes. Free to use, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limits.
