    How it works

    1. Add your images

Choose one or more image files to turn into colour charts.

    2. Preview the chart

Check the bar chart and tune anything before downloading.

    3. Download the PNG

Save each 800-pixel chart individually or all together as a ZIP.

Show the palette, not just numbers

Tables of hex codes inform, but a picture persuades: stakeholders, clients and teammates grasp colour balance instantly from bars they can see. A chart also travels well — into slides, mood boards and documentation — where raw percentages would be skimmed over.

This tool counts the ten most common colours of each image and draws them as horizontal bars on a clean white canvas, widest first. The result is a crisp 800-pixel-wide PNG that reads at any size and drops straight into any design workflow.

    Visuals rendered privately

Counting and drawing happen entirely on your own device, inside your browser: the source photo is decoded locally and the chart is painted on a private canvas. No image and no chart ever travels to a server, so sensitive shoots stay yours alone.

There is no account to open and no queue to join — visualize up to ten images, download the PNGs, and close the tab. The browser may cache the app itself for offline use, but your photos and charts are never stored anywhere.

When to visualize and what to do next

Visualize when pitching a palette, documenting brand colours found in the wild, comparing photo variants, or teaching colour theory with real examples. The bar widths encode each colour's dominance, making debates about what counts as the main tone settle in seconds.

Pair the chart with the copyable hex codes from Image color palette, or re-run Top image colors for exact pixel counts behind each bar.

    Questions

    Are my files uploaded?

No. Counting and drawing run inside your browser on your own device. Your images are never sent to us or to anyone else.

    Is it free?

Yes. Free to use, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limits.

What size is the chart PNG?

800 pixels wide with one 40-pixel row per colour, so 10 colours give 800×400 px. Bars are ordered widest first with white filling the remainder of each row.

Why does my chart have fewer than 10 bars?

Flat graphics and tiny icons may contain fewer than 10 distinct colours. Every distinct colour found is drawn; missing rows simply mean the image is that simple.
