Three cleanup modes
Collapse spaces trims each line and shrinks every run of spaces and tabs to a single space, keeping line breaks intact for normal prose. Remove spaces deletes all spaces and tabs but keeps line breaks, which compacts pasted tokens and codes.
Remove all strips every whitespace character including spaces, tabs and line breaks into one continuous string. Remove empty lines drops blank lines entirely, while leaving it off preserves intentional gaps between paragraphs.
Fixing copied text
Use Collapse spaces for text copied from PDFs, chats and tables where double spaces and trailing gaps break alignment. It also normalizes non-breaking and wide Unicode spaces into plain single spaces so the text behaves in forms and editors.
The summary reports how many whitespace characters were removed. If the result still wraps oddly, check for hidden line breaks with Remove line breaks, or strip markup first with Remove text formatting.
Private by design
Cleanup runs entirely in your browser with no server, queue or account. Copied documents, messages and private notes never leave your device and disappear when you close the tab.
